As first time buyers we needed someone who could explain the process, understand our criteria and help us find the perfect home for our family, Kevin was the perfect fit.- During the highs and lows of Covid-19, Kevin always showed integrity and patience. After each viewing, he took the time to explain the neighborhood context and provide his thoughts on the house. We always felt comfortable with Kevin’s recommendations and didn’t feel like we were being pushed into a purchase. - I’d also like to note that Kevin was always accommodating for viewings. We viewed a lot of places in the greater Victoria area, and Kevin always made us a priority.
